At least one filter is required — postcode is the common case. Returns each certificate's number, address, postcode, council, constituency, current energy efficiency band (A-G) and registration date. Counts and pagination are returned ahead of the certificate list. Use get_certificate with a certificateNumber for the full technical record (SAP calculation detail, recommendations, etc.).search_non_domestic_epc — Search the UK Energy Performance Certificate register for NON-DOMESTIC (commercial) buildings in England and Wales. Same filters as search_domestic_epc — at least one is required. Returns each certificate's number, address, postcode, council, constituency, current energy efficiency band and registration date.get_certificate — Fetch the full record for one Energy Performance Certificate or Display Energy Certificate by its certificate number (from search_domestic_epc or search_non_domestic_epc).
