Filter by city+state, ZIP code, or a latitude/longitude radius, plus bedrooms, bathrooms, and property type. Returns each listing's address, monthly rent, beds/baths, square footage, and listing date. Note: bedrooms/bathrooms filters are exact-match (e.g. bedrooms 3 returns only 3-bed homes; for "3-4 beds" call twice). This is the tool for "find homes/apartments for rent near X" — unlike area rent statistics (HUD Fair Market Rents) or single-address rent estimates.get_rent_estimate — Get a rental price estimate for a US property address. Returns estimated monthly rent, price range, and comparable rental data. Example: "1234 Main St, Austin, TX 78701".get_property — Get property details for a US address.
