This URL is a JSON-RPC 2.0 endpoint over HTTP. Issue POST requests with a JSON-RPC body. Browsers and search crawlers land here on GET.

Tools

• search — Search providers by any combination of fields. NPI Registry requires at least one filter — supply at least name/organization/taxonomy/postal_code/state.
• get_provider — Fetch a provider by 10-digit NPI.
