Returns matching acts with their act type, title, emanation date, publication (Gazzetta Ufficiale) date kept separate from emanation date, and a constructed `urn` field for chaining into it_normattiva_get_act / it_normattiva_get_article. Pass in_force_on (YYYY-MM-DD) to restrict to acts in force on that date. act_type takes the official Italian label, e.g. "LEGGE", "DECRETO LEGISLATIVO", "DECRETO-LEGGE", "COSTITUZIONE", "REGOLAMENTO". Free-text query matching is OR-across-words over the whole corpus (not an exact phrase), so narrow with title/act_type/dates for tight results. Source: Istituto Poligrafico e Zecca dello Stato (IPZS), Normattiva Open Data.it_normattiva_get_act — Resolve an exact citation (URN:NIR) to an Italian national act — e.g. "urn:nir:stato:decreto.legislativo:2003-06-30;196" (the Privacy Code). Returns the act's title, type, emanation date, Gazzetta Ufficiale publication date (kept separate from emanation and from in-force dates), and the opening text (preamble through the start of Article 1). Pass as_of (YYYY-MM-DD) for the version in force on that date (multivigenza), or original: true for the text as originally enacted — default is the current consolidated text. For a specific article's text, use it_normattiva_get_article instead. "urn" is the bare act citation (e.g. "urn:nir:stato:decreto.legislativo:2003-06-30;196", from it_normattiva_search or it_normattiva_get_act) and "article" is the article number, e.g. "1", "2", "12-bis". Pass as_of (YYYY-MM-DD) to resolve the version of that article in force on that date (multivigenza) — publication, emanation and in-force-from/until dates all come back as separate fields. original: true returns the article as originally enacted. annex selects an article inside an allegato (annex) rather than the main act body.
