Searches ACTIVE tenders on one official Indian GePNIC e-procurement portal: the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP central government), central PSUs (etenders.gov.in), Ministry of Defence, or a state / sector portal. Optional keyword and organisation filters; without an organisation it scans the organisations with the most active tenders, up to max_orgs, and reports which were scanned. Each tender has tender ID, reference number, title, organisation chain, published / bid-closing / bid-opening dates (IST), and the source portal. Use it to pick an organisation for india_search_tenders.india_get_tender — Full details of one Indian government tender by its portal tender ID (e.g. "2026_IAF_792147_1") from the official GePNIC e-procurement portal that published it — tender type and category, form of contract, EMD amount, tender fee, tender value, product category, work description, location and pincode, pre-bid meeting, all key dates (IST), and the organisation chain. Take the tender_id and portal from india_defence_tenders or india_search_tenders; passing the organisation makes the lookup much faster.india_cppp_latest_tenders — Latest ACTIVE tenders as listed on India's Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP, eprocure.gov.in/cppp) — either the all-portal tender feed ("cppp": central and state e-procurement systems, newest published first) or the Government e-Marketplace bid feed CPPP lists ("gem": GeM bid number, items, buying organisation and ministry, closing date; ordered soonest-closing first). "Latest Indian government tenders", "new GeM bids", "GeM bids from Ministry of Defence".
